Trainer: Anna Salánki

An intense, dynamic class where you will participate in a circuit training that works every muscle group in your body. Small group sizes, high attention. Anna continuously corrects, motivates, and helps you perform every exercise safely and effectively. The circuit format guarantees that you will never get bored and that you will give your maximum effort every time.

A comprehensive class where the development of correct posture meets full-body stretching and mobilization. With individual attention and professional expertise, Anna guides you through every exercise so your body finds balance, tensions are released, and your quality of movement improves permanently.

Trainer: Self-guided

Speediance is a smart fitness machine that provides a full workout experience—whether through pre-set programs or fully customized workout plans. You decide how you train. You can ask for Gréta's help, but here you primarily work out independently. You can be the first to try it with us in Debrecen! The Speediance machine is also accessible with a FlowFitness24 pass.

What you get with it:

  • You can choose from hundreds of exercises and workout plans

  • It provides real-time feedback on your exercise execution

  • A safe, joint-friendly system—perfect for both beginners and advanced users

New to the studio? To unlock FlowFitness24 access, you'll first need to book one Personal Training session. We’ll show you the ropes and make sure you're comfortable using the space on your own. Good news: the 8,500 HUF coaching fee will be fully credited toward your first pass!
