Gréta Korláth (English speaking trainer)

Movement has been an integral part of my life from a very young age. I competed in sports for many years, which instilled in me discipline, perseverance, and a deep appreciation for mindful body awareness. Over time, I discovered my true passion in the field of functional fitness.

As a physiotherapist and trainer, my goal is to help individuals find the form of movement that suits them best, while ensuring that their progress is both safe and effective. I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at Semmelweis University. My professional interests focus particularly on spine-related conditions, including herniated discs, scoliosis, and postural dysfunctions.

To enhance my therapeutic approach with evidence-based methods, I have completed several specialized courses:

.
Schroth Therapy
- McKenzie Method “A”
- Kinesio and Dynamic Taping
- Cupping Therapy

Whether the goal is rehabilitation, pain relief, or personal training, I believe that working together should be both effective and enjoyable, grounded in genuine connection. I am committed to sharing my passion for movement, helping clients experience not only physical progress but also a meaningful improvement in their overall well-being.
