Movement has been a part of my life since I was very young: I did ballet, then after several ball games, I finally settled on volleyball. Alongside team sports, I discovered gym training, which I quickly grew to love, seeing how much it improved not only my athletic performance but also my general well-being.
However, while walking through stores, I often saw flawed products, which made me, as a future physiotherapist, decide that I wanted to do this more consciously and safely. This motivated me to become a personal trainer.
After the training, I started to delve deeper into the world of spinal exercises and stretching. This also had a personal reason: I struggled with lower back and back pain alongside my workouts.
Since incorporating these methods into my own routine, I've realised how little attention many people pay to them, despite them being extremely important.
As a future physiotherapist and coach, my aim is for us to focus on prevention alongside strengthening.
During university, I also completed courses in Kinesio Taping and Cupping Therapy, which help with pain relief and faster recovery.
Alongside general strengthening, I focus on posture correction, deep back muscle strengthening, and stretching to ensure movement is effective and pain-free.
